KVPT is the only international organization dedicated to architectural preservation in the Kathmandu Valley, and the only such agency registered with the Government of Nepal, Social Welfare Council. Each project is executed on a turnkey basis in close partnership with the Nepal Department of Archaeology, the official agency for cultural heritage preservation.

Projects depend on the generous contributions of local and international supporters. KVPT offers opportunities to "adopt" specific projects. Please email us if you would like to support or propose a specific project.

KVPT is a registered 501 (c)3 organization, and your donation is tax-deductible. 100% of your contribution goes directly into the careful restoration and conservation of the valley's historic architecture.
